Privacy Policy

Effective October 20, 2026

Social Biz Media is operated by Christian Flores under the registered messaging brand Social Biz Media - Sole Proprietor. This policy describes how Social Biz Media handles information collected through socialbizmedia.com and its content-partnership application.

Information you provide

The application collects your name, phone number, email address, content needs, planned start time, and investment selection. If you choose to receive texts, we also record your consent choice, the consent wording version, and the time you opted in.

How we use information

We use application details to review your request, contact you about working together, and keep a record of the application. If you opt in to texts, we use your phone number for an application confirmation and related follow-up. You can apply without consenting to automated texts.

Service providers and website tracking

Netlify hosts the website and processes form submissions. Email services deliver application notifications. Twilio provides the texting service when enabled. These providers process information needed to deliver those services. The website also uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and successful applications. Our form does not include your name, phone number, email, or application answers in the Meta Pixel event parameters. Your browser may still send technical information associated with website visits.

Text-message information

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information with providers that help us deliver the texting service, solely for that purpose.

Your choices

Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. To ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or stop other application follow-up, email christian@socialbizmedia.com. We keep information as needed for application review, business records, and applicable obligations.
