Design process
Process
Content creation process is designed to be organic, efficient, and authentic. Rather than relying on rigid scripts, we capture real moments as they happen. During on-site filming, follow Joe throughout the day, documenting real conversations, real work, and real situations that naturally translate into engaging short-form content.
Discovery
Before any on-site filming takes place, Joe will complete a personal brand framework. This gives us clear direction on his voice, goals, expertise, and the type of content he wants to be known for. Using that framework, we’ll identify the strongest filming opportunities within his day-to-day workflow recurring tasks, client interactions, common questions, and natural moments that translate into compelling content. This ensures our on-site filming is focused and intentional, while still leaving plenty of room to capture spontaneous moments, which are a key part of creating authentic, high-performing content.

Knowing what to shoot
After the deposit is received, we’ll build a content direction based on Joe, his day to day workflow, how he thinks, and what will actually help attract and grow the right audience. This phase is about testing a wide range of content styles to see what truly resonates. From there, the focus shifts to showcasing who Joe really is and how his perspective differs from the rest of the industry. There’s a reason Dear Doc has been successful, and we want to tap into the same core principles of education, transparency, and trust. A big part of this strategy will be Joe speaking directly to doctors and business owners, giving practical, real world advice on how they can grow their practices before they ever buy anything from us. The goal is to give away real value upfront so the audience already benefits from following Joe. We’ll also study what’s performing well within the niche and selectively create content inspired by proven formats, but we will not blindly chase trends. Authenticity matters. The ultimate goal is to build trust, demonstrate expertise, and position Joe as a go to authority without hard selling. Most importantly, we focus on humanizing the brand by sharing real stories, including struggles and failures before highlighting wins. This creates connection first, credibility second, and growth as a result.

Project Delivered
A minimum of one post per day with a strong focus on Reels, doubling up on content on days when we can post two or more times. The name of the game is quality and quantity. This breaks down to a minimum of 30 Reels per month, with additional simple videos used to support double or higher posting on select days. In addition to video, we’ll capture photos that can be repurposed into carousel posts. For these carousel posts, we’ll intentionally use photos from Joe’s camera roll so the content comes directly from his perspective and feels real, personal, and authentic. The text on the carousel posts will focus on engaging, practical advice for doctors or thought provoking insights drawn from real experience. The goal is not generic guru style content, but ideas that are actionable, relevant, and genuinely helpful to the people we are speaking to. We’ll also add a custom personal touch by having Joe write out the alphabet in his own handwriting and turning it into a custom font used for text overlays on carousel posts to keep everything feeling authentic and on brand. On top of posting, we’ll actively manage the account to optimize views by recycling content that performs well and using trial Reels to test variations, expand reach, and drive consistent follower growth.
